TRS Company has been serving the business of rattan products for twenty years. Since 1980, TRS Company has been supplying raw materials for ‘Rattan-Furniture” or “Furniture-made of Rattan” and Rattan crafts over seventy per cent till today in Myanmar, the Company can stand as the largest one on supplying the raw materials. According to Market, Furniture and handicrafts were began to produce with “Some Finished Goods” in year 2000.

In 2003, our Company exported increased finished goods to Japan, Italy, France, U.K and other countries totalling more than twenty containers of the products. In the year 2004-2005, production was increased from twenty containers of the products to over thirty containers as finished goods.

In the year 2003-2004, our Company had begun to perform the business of “Water Hyacinth” (Bay-da in Myanmar) products; “Water-hyacinth-strings” (Bay-da-koy-khwe” in Myanmar) which are used to manufacture furniture had been produced by us there of. The “Water-hyacinth-strings” are being exported to others countries (mainly china) more than 100 tons every year. The “Water-hyacinth-furniture” are being manufactured by us in which the most furniture experts in Myanmar are employed.
